Great hotel. We stopped in Nottingham only for one night. The team had done a complimentary upgrade due to Accor membership status. The suite was very cool. Lovely amenities. Would absolutely recommend and stay again. Receptionist was very welcoming.
Enjoyed our 1 night stay here for an event that was 5 mins walk away. Handy location with discounted car parking if you use Lace Market carpark. I only paid £54 for the night which I know is really good for a city centre hotel. The room was very small, though for the length of time we spent in it, it wasn't really a problem. Wetherspoons practically next door which was great to get a few cheap drinks in before our event :-)
We love this hotel! The rooms have some wear and tear, but overall are still fantastic! Staff are super helpful and friendly. They offer luggage holding which was helpful for us as we arrived early. Location is amazing and so many incredible places to eat/drink/relax near buy!
A very warm welcome and fast check-in. Twin room had everything needed and a large spotless shower room. Plenty of wardrobe space, a safe and tea, coffee plus complimentary water. Beds comfy. Easy to control temperature in the room.
Very comfortable stay Loved staying in this hotel. One of the best I have stayed in, in Nottingham. Beds are so comfortable. Rooms were clean and tidy. Everything you could have wanted was in the room for a comfortable stay. We had the breakfast and it was very nice.
Booked the king suite in the Nottingham City centre location for two nights for my birthday. We booked directly, which made the price more than fair value. The room was lovely: clean, comfortable, and quirky in a way that we both absolutely adored. We especially liked having the bath in the suite room to come back to after a lot of walking around the city. The building is beautiful, and really made the whole stay feels special. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and I thought the location was excellent. Everything we wanted to visit was in easy walking distance, and it was easy to come back to the room to drop things off or just have a quiet sit down for 5 minutes. Will definitely be staying again
A lovely stay, at a super hotel in a nice central location close to all amenities. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, providing a very professional service. The room was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. We also enjoyed a generous selection for breakfast. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
A great value, clean, comfortable hotel right in the centre. Ideally located for many great restaurants and bars. No fuss and frills if you just need a nice room for a short stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. You'll have to pop out for a coffee but there's places just round the corner. My room was half the price of some bigger hotels and had everything I needed. The only thing I would say is, my TV and bathroom mirror didn't work so maybe the HK bed y to have a check list before they leave the room. No big probs tho, I'll be back next time.
